Dallas Screen Rooms & Patio Enclosures — Insured

Call (877) 719-4788 or send the form and we schedule a site visit in Dallas, usually within a couple of days. You get a written, itemized free estimate with materials and scope spelled out — no verbal ballpark, no pressure, and no charge whether you hire us or not. Se habla español.

We also serve Rowlett, TX and the rest of the Telecom Corridor. Everything starts at the Richardson Elite Patio Covers homepage.

Richardson Elite Patio Covers covers the same range of work in Dallas that we do in Richardson — nothing is carved out because the address is a few miles up the road:

• Pergola Installation — Most pergolas in Richardson get attached to the house, and the attachment is the entire job. Everything above it is straightforward carpentry, or bolting together an extruded kit that arrives cut to length.
• Freestanding Pergolas — When we recommend a freestanding pergola in Richardson it is rarely an aesthetic decision. It follows from standing at the back wall of the house, looking closely at the brick and the mortar joints, and concluding that we do not want to hang anything off that wall for the next twenty years of seasonal movement.
• Louvered & Adjustable Pergolas — An adjustable louvered roof is the most mechanically demanding thing we sell. It is a powered assembly of rotating blades, drive linkages and internal gutter runs, and it works only for as long as the frame holding it stays square.
• Carports — Carports in Richardson almost always go beside an existing driveway, and that driveway is the problem to solve before there is any point discussing the structure above it. Both sets of plot plans show every existing structure to scale, and because the city straddles the Dallas and Collin county line, we confirm where the plat was recorded before drawing a setback.
• Screened Porches & Screen Rooms — Most screened porches we build in Richardson are conversions. A covered patio already sits off the back of a 1970s ranch, and the owner wants it closed against mosquitoes without demolishing a roof that is otherwise sound.
• Patio Enclosures — A patio enclosure in Richardson is usually the third thing to happen to one patio. The cover went up decades ago, somebody screened it later, and now the goal is glass or vinyl so the room works through February.

Dallas sits in Dallas County with a population of roughly 1,304,379 at the 2020 census, close enough to Richardson that crews move between the two constantly. Local landmarks and corridors residents know well include the Dallas Arts District, Klyde Warren Park.

Local knowledge is not a marketing line here. Dallas properties share soil, weather, permit rules and construction eras with the rest of Dallas County, and a patio cover contractor who works the area weekly already knows what fails locally and what holds up. That is the difference between a bid and an accurate bid.
